As of now Volkswagen EVs have not been released to Jordan, meaning that these vehicles do not come with international warranty and subsequently all service and maintenance requirements including software updates can only be undertaken by the official Volkswagen dealer after there has been an official country release.
In addition the Volkswagen EVs being sold in Jordan have been built to meet overseas market conditions and Volkswagen cannot comment on the suitability of these products in Jordan.
