Twenty Jordanian artists participated in the exhibition and portrayed their paintings, artists included: Mr. Ali Ghul, Mr. Ammar Khammash, Mr. Aziz Ammoura, Ms. Clara Amado Khreis, Ms. Dodi Tabbaa, Mr. Fouad Mimi, Ms. Ghada Dahdaleh, Mr. Hakim Jamain, Ms. Hind Nassar, Ms. Jumana Nimri, Mr. Khaled Khreis, Mr. Mohammed Nasrallah, Mr. Muhannad Durra, Mr. Nabil Shehadeh, Ms. Nawal Abdullah, Ms. Nemet Al Nasser, Ms. Samar Haddadin, Ms. Shereene Audi, Ms. Suheil Baqaeen and Mr. Yasser Dwaik. “We thank Nuqul Automotive for their creative approach and we appreciate the support we got from the Eos cultural week,” said General Manager of the National Gallery for Fine arts, Dr. Khaled Khreis. “We hope to collaborate with Nuqul Automotive in the future to expand on this original idea and to open the floor for our talented Jordanian artists, indeed this is a unique opportunity provided by the private sector and specifically the automotive industry,” added Dr. Khreis. The origins of the name of the Volkswagen Eos car goes back to a Greek “Goddess of Dawn” who used to open the gates of heaven with rosy fingers, resembling the true meaning of culture and art, that is why Nuqul Automotive chose this car for the cultural week. The Eos is the first polished Volkswagen and one that points to a sunny prospect for the German giant.
